The aligners are composed of high-clarity plastic trays which completely remove the need for any metal fixtures. These trays are virtually invisible, highly aesthetic, and can be removed at any time. They feature advanced stain-resistance to preserve their clarity day after day, making activities like eating, brushing and flossing much easier than traditional orthodontic braces. How does the Smilers system work?
Smilers treatment starts with a visit to our office where we will take impressions of your teeth for creating a 3D model. Your teeth's moldings are then sent to Biotech Dental Smilers technicians who will work with us to create a digital treatment plan. Our doctors will customize a full plan for each patient based on their bite and corrective needs. The plan is then sent to Smilers' state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where your entire course of aligners is custom fabricated to fit your precise moldings, using sustainable manufacturing practices. These aligners are then shipped back to our office in eco-friendly packaging, and the doctor will provide you with them upon your next visit. Each aligner would be worn for a course of about 2 weeks. You will then need to visit our offices roughly once every two months for checkups.

Plus, Smilers aligners are created with environmental sustainability in mind, featuring eco-friendly packaging and recyclable materials.
